喷涂铝板是在铝板表面喷涂各种颜色的氟碳漆（或聚酯漆）。经高温烘烤和固化处理后，又称烤铝板。可用于建筑外墙、内墙装饰、室内吊顶等

喷涂铝合金型材具有优异的耐腐蚀性和耐候性，坚固耐用，外观和装饰性好，生产工艺比阳极氧化简单，环保安全，广泛应用于建筑、装饰、运输等行业。在喷涂铝合金型材之前，必须进行化学清洗和腐蚀，以去除附着在表面上的油、天然氧化膜、灰尘等污染物，使铝合金复合材料成为保证铬酸盐转化膜和喷涂质量的关键。

铝板一般刷三遍，烤两遍：

喷铝板三道二烤是指三组喷枪：第一组是底漆，第二组是彩漆（氟碳漆或聚酯漆），第三组是防护面漆（清漆）。两次烘烤是指三层铝板，然后两次烘烤。不过，目前的喷涂线基本上是：三层一烤，两层一烤

普通氟碳漆与普通粉末喷涂的比较如下：

第一：测厚，氟碳涂料40um，粉末涂料60um（一般）

第二：表面光洁度，氟碳一般是涂料，表面光洁度越高，平整度越好。但粉末喷涂平整度较差，即桔皮现象较为明显

第三：看工件的背面。粉末喷涂工件背面在喷涂与非喷涂过渡区有明显的粗糙感，而油漆相对较好

第四：测试方面：用小刀或400目砂纸轻轻擦拭背面涂层，造成斜面故障。如果有不同颜色，则为氟碳（如果没有颗粒，则使用普通放大镜）

Generally, the aluminum plate is brushed three times and baked two times:

Three layers and two baking of aluminum spraying plate refer to three groups of spray guns: the first group is primer, the second group is color paint (fluorocarbon paint or polyester paint), and the third group is protective finish (varnish). Two baking refers to three layers of aluminum plate, and then two baking. However, the current spraying line is basically: three layers of one baking, two layers of one baking

The comparison between ordinary fluorocarbon paint and ordinary powder spray is as follows:

First: thickness measurement, fluorocarbon coating 40um, powder coating 60um (general)

Second: surface finish, fluorocarbon is generally coating, the higher the surface finish, the better the flatness. However, the flatness of powder spraying is poor, that is, orange peel is obvious

Third: look at the back of the workpiece. There is obvious roughness in the transition zone between spraying and non spraying on the back of powder spraying workpiece, while the paint is relatively good

Fourth: Test: use a knife or 400 mesh sandpaper to gently wipe the back coating, resulting in bevel failure. If there are different colors, it is fluorocarbon (if there are no particles, use ordinary magnifier)
