粉末涂料及喷涂形式

粉末涂料是一种固体含量，粉末形态，静电吸附的涂料。主要由树脂、固化剂、颜料、填料和助剂组成。它不同于一般的溶剂型涂料和水性涂料。它不使用溶剂或水作为分散介质，而是使用空气作为分散介质。因此，粉末涂料的VOCs等于零，不仅节约了大量资源，而且避免了光化学反应造成的空气污染和有机溶剂的毒性，也避免了废水处理的问题。是一种符合环保要求的理想涂料品种。

根据粉末涂料成膜材料的固化机理或固化方式，有热塑性、热固性、辐射固化和辐射热双重固化。
